Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (132°C) for 2 to 3 minutes if your model requires preheating. Some models can skip this step.
- Place 6 large eggs directly into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not stack. Leave slight space between eggs for proper air circulation.
- Set the air fryer to 270°F (132°C) and cook according to your preferred texture:Soft boiled: 9 to 10 minutesJammy center: 11 to 12 minutesMedium: 13 minutesHard boiled: 14 to 15 minutesCooking times may vary slightly depending on air fryer model and egg size.
- While eggs cook, prepare an ice bath by combining 4 cups ice cubes with 4 cups cold water in a large bowl.Transfer eggs immediately to the ice bath and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. This stops the cooking process and helps the shells peel easily.
- Gently crack the shell at the wider end and peel under running water for best results.Serve immediately or store for later use.

Notes
- Older eggs peel more easily than very fresh eggs.
- If eggs crack slightly during cooking, they are still safe to eat.
- If you see a green ring around the yolk, the eggs were slightly overcooked. Reduce time by 1 minute next batch.
- Large eggs work best for consistent timing.
