Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup Tomato pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded or fresh mozzarella slices)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 10 to 12 slices Pepperoni (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Cooked chicken chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Bell peppers diced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano (optional)
  • pinch Red chili flakes (optional)

Equipment

Method

  1. Roll or stretch the pizza dough into a round that fits comfortably inside your air fryer basket. Avoid oversized dough that blocks airflow.
  2. Lightly brush the surface of the dough with olive oil to help achieve a golden, crispy crust.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly, leaving a small border around the edges. Add mozzarella cheese, then top lightly with your chosen toppings.
  4. Place the pizza on parchment paper or a small pizza pan and carefully transfer it to the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Carefully remove the pizza, let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
