- Pat the steak cubes dry using paper towels. Removing excess moisture helps create caramelized edges instead of steaming.
- Place steak cubes in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and optional soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
