- Coat the flank steak evenly with the marinade.Let it rest for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
- Bake or air fry fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden.Season lightly with salt.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat.Cook steak for 3 to 5 minutes per side until nicely seared.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Spread fries on a serving tray.Sprinkle shredded cheese and let it melt.Add sliced steak on top.Add guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and jalapeños.
