Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets fish (cod, tilapia, haddock, or salmon), about 6 oz / 170 g each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika or dried herbs (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

  1. Prep the fish
    Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Season simply
    Lightly brush or spray both sides of the fish with olive oil. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, and optional spices.
  3. Arrange in the air fryer
    Place the fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap.
  4. Cook
    Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on thickness, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Rest briefly
    Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 1 minute before serving.
