- Cook the custardLower the heat and slowly add the custard slurry while whisking continuously. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture thickens to a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Cool the custardRemove from heat and let the custard cool until warm. Stir occasionally to prevent skin formation.
- Prepare the fruitsWash, peel, and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine and finishOnce the custard is warm (not hot), gently fold in the fruits. Mix carefully.
- Chill or serveServe immediately or refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
