Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) noodles or pasta (egg noodles, spaghetti, or rice noodles)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Equipment

Method

  1. Boil the noodles
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.

Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese if desired.
  5. Serve warm
Serve immediately as a main dish or side.
