- Boil the noodlesBring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
- Prepare the garlic butterHeat a skillet over low heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt gently. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant. Do not brown the garlic.
- Combine and tossAdd the drained noodles directly to the skillet. Toss gently until the noodles are evenly coated with the garlic butter.
- Season and finishSeason with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve warmServe immediately as a main dish or side.
