- Prepare the OvenPreheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Make the DoughIn a mixing bowl, add softened butter and brown sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy. Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently add the flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the BiscuitsScoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Place on the prepared baking tray and gently flatten slightly. Repeat with remaining dough, spacing biscuits apart.
- Add the Nutella FillingMake a small indent in the center of each biscuit. Spoon 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Nutella into the center. Lightly cover or seal with dough so the filling stays inside while baking.
- Bake Until Lightly GoldenBake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Do not overbake, this keeps the biscuits soft and kid-friendly.
- Cool and ServeLet the biscuits rest on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Serve once slightly cooled.
