- Wash the strawberries and remove stems. Peel the banana and slice it.

- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down sides if needed.
- Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup only if additional sweetness is needed.
- Blend again briefly, then pour into glasses and serve immediately.
